576,724 - Spare tire hoist replaced. Trans fluid and filter, used 235/85/16 eight year old Mich Ribs placed on front, used 245/75/17 BFG Rugged Trails on rear.
580,741 - Oil changed, greased
585,230 - Oil cooling added off bypass filter


589,735 - Rear shocks Rancho 9000s replaced, Rear tires changed to used 265/75/16 Duravis R500s
597,456 - oil changed, greased, Center Roof led marker replaced

Forgot to add @ 597,456 had to replace electric relay on FASS. One of the terminal pins broke.

603,680 - Radiator removed and cleaned, made a huge difference
611,902 - Power steering lines to and from brake master cylinder replaced. ( One out of cylinder leaking, other looked wet ) Front Brake rotors and pads changed because I wanted too. Pads about 1/2 worn. Found Broken Caliper pin bolt passenger side. Both pins replaced Passenger side. New jounce bump stops front.
611,924 - Left rear axel seal leaking. (Paid to have fixed) Replaced both rear seals, emergency brake shoes, new rear rotors, brake pads, and Caliper pin bolts
611,949- :shake: Service Tech installed right emergency brake shoe to tight,
Replaced right rear hub, bearings, seals, and retainer nut (Replaced Free of charge, Truck out of service two extra days ) :bawl:

Did you ever find the problem the caused the low oil pressure? Do you add the lucas at every oil change? Did the low oil pressure problem just not appear again? And when does the '13 get entered into service?

The low oil pressure was a result of the radiator not cooling the engine effective enough. Issue would happen only when temps were above 215 and the truck was slowed back to idle. After removing the radiator and cleaning its like the truck is new again. Temps rarely top 195 pulling now. Haven't had the warning once since radiator was cleaning out.

I never used to add lucas at oil changes. Now I add a quart at changes in summer to help protect against the heat.

611,902 - forgot to add moved 265/75/16 rear tires to front, 265/70/17s mounted on front last placed on rear. The aged Mich Ribs, front driver sided tire had to bulges in the sidewall.


615,055 - Noticed truck didn't brake right backing up. Found the bottom Caliper bracket bolt missing on the driver's side rear. So I had to get a bolt for that. I'm convince that damn mechanic who worked on the rear end is the "Gremlin" of that shop. He's the one who replaced the rear axel seal and within 2 days I was back to replace the inner bearings. Anyway talked to the Service Manger and told him a wanted the price of the labor refunded for that guys work. He said he would credit me the cost.

616,729 - Driver's side headlight replaced
619,467 - MAF fault, so I replaced air filter

I still have a power steering leak what I though was the lines heading in and out of the brake master cylinder now appears to be the seal on the cylinder where the E torx bolts are. I changed the lines myself so its not a big deal to me. One line was original the other had over 300k miles on it.

As for the 2013, It had a recall on transfer pump for rear tank making it possible to run the engine out of fuel by draining the front tank. One gauge for two tanks. Recall was since February but no part available. Driving truck was put on hold I didn't want the truck failing over the road. GM finally got around to replace pump early this month. I now have a 115 gallon tank to mount before that truck goes into service. But I do prefer driving the older truck. I just don't care as much if things go wrong with it / it takes damage.

619958 - Power steering gear box replaced, hopefully that fixes leak. Still need to drive it more and see.
620220 - :shake:Had smoke rolling off rear passenger side wheel after making hard stop at red light. Rear pass. side rotor found to be warped and pads baked. Both replaced free of charge. Wrecked do to previous rear end work. :shake:
