I scored a bunch of sets of these bulbs from a local Auto Store closing.

They are bulb size 9005 (directly replaces 9005 & 9145 bulbs).

I gaurantee you will NOT find these bulbs anywhere else or see them being used by anyone else. STAND OUT IN YOUR TOWN BABY!! :)

They are Xenon Charged and are standard 55w (not overwatt that will melt your harness).

They put out pure AMBER light, NOT YELLOW! AMBER!

I am currently running a set in the Fogs on my truck, I installed them and went for a 15 minute drive and had 2 people ask me where I got them already while sitting at a light.

$20 gets you 2 bulbs and another $10 gets 'em to ya! Shipping to Canada may be slightly higher.

Here's an output shot on my truck:

Well I was looking for 9145's in amber...So all you have is high beam (yes I know they'll fit) in amber? Who makes the bulb?

Yea, I only have them in 9005. BUT!!...they are 55w not the 65w like other 9005 bulbs are, so they won't make as much heat. :)

The bulbs are made by a company called "Super Spots".

Alright. I'll take a set. I dont think it'd be $10 in shipping though considering I'm in the same state...

Let me know a final price and I'll get the pay pacl started if thats what you prefer.

No, sorry, they will not fit. Your stock size is 880 27w or 32w I believe.

I had the 880 bulb stock in my old Avalanche. If you want more light out of the Fogs, the upgrade number you want is 885. It is a 50w bulb and will REALLY brighten things up for you. I did the same thing in my Av and loved it.

This is a new area for me...do the lenses have a fog cut projection?

I don't know what you mean by that, but if you mean they throw a really WIDE, pretty far, with a dang sharp cut-off (for non-projector lenses) beam pattern, then yes. :)

I think you answered my question...I haven't played with lights since they were rated in candlepower...LOL
Had a vehicle with over a million of 'em...it was nasty.

Yea, the lights on the '03+ Silverado's are soo nice. They are some of the widest, sharpest cut-off, most controlled beam I've ever seen out of a reflector based light.

Putting in higher watt bulbs than what comes from the factory REALLY makes these things shine :)
