Got huckstorf to make some 5 inch to 8 inch adapters for me, bought a 10 foot stick of 8 inch pipe and made my own.

Google Upcountryfab, like everyone else said, there is a number on top of the page, and give them a call. They are both great guys and I've known Matt and Barry for about 2 years now.
