Just bought this 93 GMC 2500 with a 6.5L Turbo. It has 191000 kms. It starts good with when its cold, but once it warms up it just rolls over. I'm not sure the battery's are that great. Two different kinds of battery's. Also noticed the glow plugs don't come on when its warm. Are they supposed to come on when warm? I have read a few forums on this but not one touched on the glow plugs. Thanks

No the glows don't come on when warm... next time it is warm and won't start, pour cold water on the IP and give it a try, sounds like the head is wore out on the IP, it will require rebuilding/replacing..

Welcome to DieselPlace
Batteries should be a matched pair of equal CCA.
As mentioned above, try the water trick on the IP and let us know
