My 1998 6.5 smokes lots of black when it accelerate, I have a spring wastegate makes 10psi boost, plugged old wg vacuum line, new injectors, has no shaft play, spools good, getting real frustrated with this

Putting it back to stock would do it....

Did you ever fix your EGR system? Disconnecting it and plugging the EGR line can cause all kinds of problems unless EGR function is deleted with a PCM re-flash or tune.
Have you scanned for trouble codes?
