Hi I hav a 1995 Winnebago 6.5 it starts up no problem but only ticks over no rev wen the accelerator is pressed and it white smokes u can leave it ticking over for ten minutes and still not rev knock the ignition off and restart it and some times they revs are there and the smoke stops I’ve by passed the stop solenoid in the injection pump put a switch on the electric fuel pump fitted a new pmd and still the same I’ve tried to get the flash code on the dash by putting a wire in the obd 1 plug but Carnot get it to work any help would be appreciated

Start by going through all grounds then recheck for any codes

I Carnot get in to the Engine check codes that’s the problem the light doesn’t flash to say your in the system

If you go through the grounds the OBD may work and give you codes

It should blink. Go through ALL grounds. Remove each one, clean the contact areas and then reinstall.

Hi do u know ware I’ll be able to view a wiring diagram for the pcm tried Winnebago but there’s just seem to hav the body wiring diagram
I tried with a paver clip like u said but still the same engine check light just on and not flashing

You might try contacting them by phone to see if they can offer better assistance on the diagram
