Hi, I'm running the "log" style exhaust manifolds, not sure what they are off, but they are cast iron with flanges welded on.
I suspect that the passenger side (your drivers) is a N/A, and the other side a modified turbo.
I'm planning to have some custom exhausts made, nothing too fancy.

Here is my 1997 C3500 pulling a Oliver Superior grain drill I picked up for Dad's 79th Birthday.

1997 Suburban 4WD, 3.42 axle ratio, limited slip diff, Michelins, original except for relocated PMD, 325K last time I looked, Rotella 5-40W, 1/2 quart of Lucas every 3K miles at oil change. Original water pump and transmission (jinxed myself probably).

This beast has hauled so much and been so many places I cannot list them all. Florida coast with Grady White behind it to downtown NYC to IKEA in Newark to routinely Charleston SC. What a machine. Dropped the girls off at CofC in Charleston and now hauling the grandchildren! Family joke is that I will be buried in this thing. Think I bought in 2001 and second owner.

Think this haul was about 14K pounds up fairly steep ramp at sail club. Boat with all stuff aboard about 11K lbs and trailer around 3K pounds. Had to put in 4WD low for final pluck out of water. No problem.

My 96 K1500 Suburban. Pulled the 350/4L60E. She now has a 6.5 reman with an NV4500 behind it.

And a short vid of it. 6.5 Swap start up and walk around

Bolted on a extra 600hp and 18 gears. Clutch disk litterally exploded

Hmmmm, I don't see "GM" on it anywhere. Then there was this funny shape in the valley:

It seems that I bought a GEP optimizer. The engine had been pulled from a 99-3500hd.

The seller had absolutely no idea what he had. I kept my mouth shut about it possibly being a GEP engine. I did tell him about the china castings. I didn't even dicker price. I picked it up for only $100!

Here's the down side. Any thoughts or guesses with the wide range of numbers?

I did retest #1 twice. Perhaps a bent push rod??
