2001 Savana 3500 camper/toy hauler project. Bought the box truck with the gas 5.7 blown engine. Bought another Savana ambulance with a 6.5 diesel with 113K. Total frame up swap. Fuel, electric, drive train etc. Added extra fuel cell, air compressor for the pneumatically deployed snow chains, dual alternators, led lighting. Project is 90% done. Just got to paint the box and set up box interior with living amenities.

1994 GMC K2500. Absolutely love this truck! Always needs some TLC, but I love giving it the TLC it needs and I am slowly getting things worked out in it.

Are those heads CLEAR COATED? I thought only aluminum heads got clear coated... looks pretty slick.

Those are NEW heads I got from Summit Racing, that's exactly how they arrived, gloss black paint already on them.

I had been looking for one for a few years (and around here they all seemed to be beat rust buckets), had just bought a parts truck to swap into my old 94 gas Burb. This one fell in my lap, and let's just say I stole it

A couple "S" 6.5s that I picked up off of FB Marketplace for $300. The 599 was taken apart and the 141 was all together. The 599 had been in a light fire. It had aftermarket head castings[no cracks] Whoever took it apart must have used a air hammer to remove the pistons. They wrecked the crank and one rod. The 141 is supposed to run but had a "unfindable" coolant leak. It has a new water pump, so I have a real good idea where the leak is. I prettied up the 599 with some fresh paint. Alpine Green
