Have a 1986 1 ton dually tow rig with a 6.2 non turbo. I was backing up with a truck on my wheel lift and had sudden drastic power loss. I have done the tank check, sock is fine,new fuel filter, new lift pump, turned up IP 1/8, seafoam, fresh fuel, vac pump is functional. injectors seem to have fuel at idle. Starts excellentand idles fine
Once I finally get moving.... it runs fine with the odd missfire at higher rpms, shifts good and has decent throttle response just dog ### dead from a stop... running out of options. Either IP or injectors.??

Got a spare IP? I'd try swapping that to start.

I dont have a spare but not sure if it could jump timing on the IP but its only advanced 1/16 of in inch off of mark.

Virtually impossible for it to jump time. Find yourself a used pump for a few bucks and slap that on.
