I'm planning on getting 33" tires (BFG MTs) and I'm wondering about the pros and cons of these 3 wheel sizes WhaaDaYaThink?

I love a 16.5 tire size, but if you're going to be airing it down, it's not a good choice. The bead is way too small. I've had 33x12.50-16.5s on every truck I've ever owned (except one), but I also run at full pressure all the time, too.

15" getting harder to find in a choice of sizes. I believe 16" would be the easiest size to find with a biggest selections

For that 85 k5 in your sig? For that 15s would be fine, and tires & wheels would be cheaper.

If you have a newer HD truck, 16 because the brakes are too big for a 15 inch wheel to fit.
