At what speed does a factory 2004 Allison shift from 3rd gear to 4th gear? 2004 LB7 D/A 4x4 3.73 rear with 285/75/16 tires...

It should do the WOT 4-5 shift at 3200rpm. I'm not sure what speed in mph that is. This is what my Stock OEM trans program is set to.
