295/75/r16...will they fit on a stock hight 2500hd, without cranking the t bars or put on a leveling kit?

Yes they will fit. As long as you don't mind cutting some plastic you'll be fine.

Hope you have wider wheels than the 6.5" wide stock wheels

My BFG 265x75x16 tires do not fit well on my stock rims. Any tire pressure over 55lbs will result in the edge of the tires not touching the pavement.
I would think the 295s would require a wider wheel.

295's will require just a little more than 285's, but not much. They are .6" taller and .39" wider.

I have them on my 03 but had to crank my bars a little bit
