Ordered a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali 2500hd and ordered it with the adaptive ride control. Was excited when I picked it up until a couple days later I realized it had Rancho shocks. (I do not like Rancho either). I called the dealer and they are trying to figure things out. I figure you guys are smarter than the dealers so any ideas? WTF?

I’m pretty sure that’s a 1500 only option. I don’t remember any press material or information regarding that coming to the HD trucks.

There is no option for Adaptive ride control on the HD, nothing in the order guide and nothing in build & price. Yours sales team misinformed you.
