Wow, did a build on the GMC website, and there's significant sticker price shock. The very same configuration as my two month old truck, but with the new engine, is more than $14,000 more expensive.
I built and ordered a 2016 in Feb 2016, then canceled the order. I then just built and ordered the exact truck but a 2017 and the price went up slightly...maybe $1,000 at the most.Wow, did a build on the GMC website, and there's significant sticker price shock. I took delivery of a factory ordered 2016 a couple of months ago after giving up the wait for the 2017s, and now I'm glad I did. The very same configuration as my two month old truck, but with the new engine, is more than $14,000 more expensive.

You can probably order one, even the public website isn't site finished.Keep looking, but so far no build capability on Chevy.com, don't get it, if you can order a GMC why not a Chevy?
Checked today at dealership, and still no on ordering. You can probably order one, even the public website isn't site finished.
