My brothers' '03 is running fine, however he tells me that suddenly and unexpectedly his brake light came on, there is no cruise control, no radio, and no heater fan. We have searched for a blown fuse, with no luck. Perhaps he has a ground terminal that is loose. Hoping someone with more experience could point us in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

I just went through the brake light(center high mounted) not working and no cruise control. It ended up being the brake switch. Can't help you on the others.

If you have access to a scan tool, check to make sure the body control module is working properly. Seen funny stuff like that when it starts to go out.
