Needing to part with my 2001 Fleetwood Prowler LS 5th wheel trailer, Northwest Edition. It is a 32', double slides, AM/FM/CD/DVD, 27" TV, hardwood flooring in kitchen, double recliners at the rear of the coach. A/C, awning, ceiling fan, etc.
Low book (Nada Guides) is $25K, high book is $31K. It is in excellent condition, and is currently sitting at Big River RV Park, just outside of Parker, AZ. Site rental is $270.00, which includes water, sewer, cable and trash. I need to sell it to pay for some dental work (unexpected), and am asking $20K. I am the second owner, and bought it from a good friend, and know its history from day one.
