I need the c100 pin out for a 94 K2500. Does anyone have one? All I can find is for the 95 and up. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I'm trying to get the wiring finished on my suburban swap, and this is the last step. I am having to spice in the engine harness at the c100 connector from the 96 suburban gasser harness with the 94 diesel harness. Here is a picture of the connector off the harness that I am spicing in. Thanks everyone.

There is no pin out like the one available for 96, but the attached file has the info you need for a 94.
I never made a C100 diagram for a 94, rarely deal with them.
Your job would be sooooo much easier if you had a 95 6.5 underhood harness.
96-up if you want OBD2.

Moderator could add the above PDF to the faqs under 1994 FSM, was left out for some reason.

I wish I could find one. So far I have had exactly 0 luck, unless I get one from a 2000 shorty school bus. I could get the complete harness and computer from it, but then again, I thing the c100 connector is different. It may be possible to find a c100 pinout chart for it and graft it to the 96 c100 connector. Thoughts?

Have you tried to google "6.5L diesel c100 pinout diagram"?

What are the specs on your swap, trans, engine, DS4 or DB2?

Oh my god yes, lol. I even have both mitchellDIY and alldataDIY, as well as searching google and every forum I can think of, as well as posting in various forums. No joy, lol.

2000 6.5 TD with 32000 miles, GM3 turbo for now, DB2 pump from a 6.5, NV4500 with the factory push button shift transfer case, Centerforce stage 2 clutch, 4 inch exhaust (found it at the salvage yard for 30.00, lol)

So the 2000 is the project rig?
How do the 94 and 96 in post #1 figure in?

The engine is out of a 2000 mini bus. I put it in my 96 suburban. I didn't worry about the harness, because I had one...out of a 94 manual truck, lol. I can go get the harness and computer out of the 2000 bus if I need too, but when I looked at it, it looked way different from the 96, that's why I didn't get it.

I think you posted to the wrong thread. Anyway...
That TCM is for a 1993 diesel with 4L80e and will only work on a 93 4L80e, unless you make changes to the trans.
The van harness is way different.
Was the van engine a turbo or non-turbo?

The van was turbo charged. As I said, I can get the complete harness from that vehicle, but like ya said, it is WAYYYYYYYYYYYY different, but it may be easier to make work than the 94, plus it would be OBD2, not that I am too concerned about that.

Not sure why it double posted this message :unsure::unsure:

Here is the Suburban. I've done more work to it, but this pic shows the engine in the engine bay, at least.

Looking good. Lots still to do. Do you have the 94 to get the hydroboost, pass. batt. tray, ect. from?
Also, keep in mind that it only takes a few drops of water to lock that engine up tight.
Do you plan on using the 94 bracket and pulley setup?

That's an old picture, I had the radiator core support, water pump and front cover, and hood on that day. I already have the hydroboost installed, and my battery trays and all. I have the brakets installed as well as my power steering pump and all. I need to get some updated pictures. As I said, it's an old picture and I am too the point of just figuring out the wiring. I'm to the point, if I could figure everything out, of making my own harness, as I the 94 harness, and I kept the power distribution box, as well as the C100 from the 96 5.7 install. I don't need all the automatic stuff since I went to the NV4500, but I have to keep the Convinience Center wiring on the inside, and the inside wiring as the 94 and the 96 connectors an all are totally different. This thing is a PITA as far as the wiring goes, and thats all I have left.

Are you only using the DB2 IP, no plans on the DS4 or an automatic transmission later?

That is correct. It will never go back to an automatic, and I will be sticking with the DB2 IP.
