Coming from 2006 LBZ 2WD CC which consistently got over 20 MPG cruise on highway. Now just purchased 2022 4WD LT CC and cruising at 72 I’m getting 12/13 on DIC. does this seem right? My buddy has L5P 2019 lifted and gets much better. I know truck heavier than my LBZ but 16 years of engine decvelopment and 10 speed transmission this doesn’t seem right. Searching it seems I should be getting 18. Anybody else seeing this?

On the other forum there have been several reports of this. No reasons as to why. Maybe it will break in some.

Could've been in regen.

What else has it been doing in it's first 800 miles ( and in the last 400...)?

Try the 25 mile average and could be easier to diagnose what it is doing in response to how it is being used.

Regeneration will kill econony. In town driving not only sheds fuel to brake heat and wear, it also requires frequent regen of the DPF. Highway cruise optimizes parameters to minimize soot formation and higher EGT keeps DPF clear.
Any chance of higher biodiesel percentage? B20 will impact 5% reduction.
