I have only had my 3500HD for 3 weeks so far and have yet to tow anything with it. Yesterday I needed wood stove pellets and given the payload capacity of my new truck (3746 pounds) I opted for a ton placed in the bed with a forklift. Never before could I buy this many at once without a trailer. The ride in the truck may have been slightly better but otherwise I could not tell they were there. I live in the Sierra Foothills, with curvy roads, hills, etc. I love this truck

The suspension is noticeably more capable, definitely feel the stiffness when empty
