I have a client with an 06 LBZ Duramax. I first installed the AFE stage 2 and Gibson Turbo Back exhaust. Everything was fine. I then installed the EDGE w/ attitude programmer, 2 hours later he calls and said the truck died on him while driving, kicked up this code P0341 Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Performance. so I go over and reset it, call EDGE and they don't seem to have an answer. So he drives it again, two weeks go by, it happens again, so I replace the module. a day later it does it again, I'm wondering if its a factory issue and I'm getting stuck in the middle. So tonight I bypassed the edge and we are testing it that way. Just wanted to share my story to see if any of you have experienced this issue. Thanks.

This sounds like an Edge issue. This is very common. Lots of people have had their trucks shut down on them to include myself. I'm not sure if Edge has a fix or not but its caused by too much heat inside the module itself. Tell him to unhook the module and run it stock for a while to see if it happens. That'll narrow it down to Edge itself, if this is the case.

Hope this helps.

I had this problem it turned out to be the top connector on my factory harness was pulling apart, clipped it back together and no problems.

If the connections look good send it back.
