Thanks, needs to be sold soon, New neighborhood HOA won't let me park it there that I know of and I need to replace my old wore out car with something newer as in a 08-10 1 ton crew cab dually.

Only dually I have got is a 48 chevy: Best thing to do is shoot the HOA

Good news. A great guy named Chris flew in town yesterday at 3:15, I picked him up from the airport, went to the house signed the papers and sent him on his way home to Memphis at 5.
