2001-2007 Economy 2" Leveling System w/ Shock Extenders

For the GM 01-06 8-Lug vehicles, including the 1500HD, 2500, 2500HD, 3500, 2500 Suburban/YukonXL/Avalanche, and Hummer H2.

There are other companies out there, who's names we will not mention, that are selling this same system for much more money. They guarantee a factory ride and that it does not 'over crank' the torsion bars. We guarantee that our kit will do everything our competitors torsion bar key and extension bracket will do, but we will not make the same claims about the ride quality they do because it just is not true. As a matter of fact, Cognito has been manufacturing the lower shock extension brackets for 2 years now, before our competitors ever started making theirs. If the Cognito Upper Control Arm Leveling system is not in your budget, this is the other option for your 01-07 8lug vehicle. Included in this package is a set of torsion bar adjuster keys, and a set of lower shock extension brackets that give your front shocks the extra length needed in order to keep from over extending. The pitman and idler arm support kit is highly recommended in addition to these products in order to fix a factory wear problem with the pitman and idler arms. If it is in your budget, ** add the upper control arm kit to ensure a completely level truck with a great quality ride! **

Sorry guys I just don't understand why you need to use the re indexed keys to get 285's (33's) under a 2500 or 3500? these keys do the exact same thing as your factory ones with the exception that you can go higher. I can see using them if you want to go with larger tires but 285 will fit with factory keys.:duh:

Not always.

Sometimes you can't even get the truck level with regular keys. I couldnt. I cranked mine all the way and still had about 1 1/8" of rake.

He is a vendor just like you. But he does not have the need to post an Install thread every week like you do. So far I have seen the same lift kit installed on every colored truck in the rainbow! give it rest already!
I'll pass on the sticker thank you.

thats wut i mean, a key is a key id assume, just saying theres a cheaper way to do it. but the cognito kit doesnt seem unreasonable compared to other kits ive seen.

if nicks kit was 30 cents cheaper then other kits, no one would be discussing this. the fact that its not the cheapest but not the most expensive brings it up for discussion. thats what message boards are for, so i dont see how we are being brutal. i dont think anyone likes paying more for something if they dont have to. maybe you do though.

the truth is for me if i was ordering something else from nick like the uca's and not just keys and i needed keys and knowing his are $90 compared to the $60 i paid i would have just bought them from him since it would have been more convienient for me. $30 is $30. which isnt much these days.

companies like 'ready lift' are blowing up right now. I don't agree with them making guarantees that are lies and overpricing their product. At least what Nick lists here is a fair price on a product that the manufacturer is not telling lies about.
