  1. 6.5L Diesel Engine
    My Haynes book says the engine mount bracket to block torque value is supposed to be 75 ft lbs. This seems way too high to me. They are Grade 8 bolts, with a 9/16" hex head and look to be about 1.5" long. Is this really the proper torque value? I don't want to break them off in the block.

    anyone know the spec'd torque on the drain and fill bolts for: Front diff Rear diff Xfer case I usually just snug them up with a box or crescent wrench by hand, do not use a ratchet or impact wrench, but I seem to be getting a bit of seepage at front diff fill plug at the plastic or teflon...
