    I currently have 97,000 miles on my lb7. Started running synthetic around 82,000 but always used the factory filter. I change oil every 10,000 along with oil filter. Am I doing any harm to the engine by not changing filter every 5,000 instead? Would ap delco or napa gold make a difference?
