    Okay so I have a 98' 6.5. We have already put a new injection pump in a little while after we bought it back in say 2015 or so.     I put my spare pmd in and it made no diffrance, I don’t think there is air in the fuel system but havnt checked yet, I think it might be the fuel shutoff solenoid, I’ve read that you can’t remove it take the plunger off of it and reinstall it
