I wouldn't think that your motor would be detuned. Your motor should be equal to a 2500HD/3500 truck. From what I remember only the Vans were detuned but never by smaller injectors. I looked up the part numbers for a van vs truck and the numbers are the same for the injectors. The ECM has alot to do with the tune. I have to ask this question. Do you think the ECM is at fault? This motor you have. Was it a complete motor? What did you have to do to make it complete?There should be a fuel port that you can put a gauge on to see what the fuel pressure is before the CP3. I would look to see what pressure you have there. Are the lines from the fuel filter on the correct side? Just asking because I really think you are not getting any fuel.
