Figured I'd share some pics of what things look like when your impeller shaft seals are done.
Other signs the shaft seals are worn;
Oil in intake
oil on intake bell and upper plenum where the two connect
Oil all over the turbo... lol
Had this one been run for much longer the shaft would need to be replaced. 100 bucks right there. Ouch.
