Fan Blower motor

my fan blower motor keeps changing speeds while set to a specific selection. it acts like it may be loosing voltage or something then back on.

It's not unusual for the connectors to the fan motor and the resistor pack (if yours has one) to just barely be good enough, and for them to fail over time. Try taking them apart and examining them for damage.
