12v wire to trailer plug

I have a 2006 Duramax.I'm trying to get a electric jack working but I have no power to the 12v+ wire.I have the ignition in the run position but no power.checking with volt meter. Can't tell from the manual where the fuse is for itI went ahead and checked all he small fuses and they are all good.I've done some searching but I can't find anything relating to this. Thanks for the help.Truck is stock.

Well, unless you or the previous owner hooked it up, it isn't connected underhood, and, most likely, the fuse isn't present either.
