Adding Weight to Front Suspension

On my 2015 3500 4WD, I've added a grill guard at 125 lbs and am going to add a winch with another 150 lbs. Do I need to do anything to beef up the front suspension and if so, what?

No, that's like driving around with a passenger all the time. The front end will be slightly lower, but you'd need a tape measure to notice.
