1997 GMC rear diff angle

1997 GMC C-6500
Single Axle

Would anyone know what the rear diff angle should be? Someone changed the rear suspension with air bags and change the angle. It has a real noise when going down a hill coming outta the rear end. Right now when I put an angle finder on the face of the rear end it show the diff is facing up 20 degrees.

Thanks

I don't know what the angle should be, however the theory is the angle of the rear u-joint should be the same as the front u-joint. This causes the rotational acceleration of the joints to cancel each other out and minimize any vibration.
