King pin recommendation and installation

So Iíve never installed king pins and would like some help from those of you who have. First off what is the best set of king pins to get? Next does anyone have a how to with pictures or the GM service procedure? Thank you.

Not exactly a how to but it will give you a good idle of whats in involved.
