No signal for left turn signal to trailer

Last year I had an incident in where my trailer pigtail drug on the ground and wore through some wires. (wore completely through some, likely shorted the left signal) This year I replaced the pigtail and the rear lights on the trailer and the plug on the truck only to find that the left turn/brake wire doesn't have any power to it. I've checked my wiring on the trailer, the plug on the truck, the gooseneck plug in the bed, and where the plug wiring connects to the harness. Same result every time, no signal on the left turn/brake. I've been looking online with not much help to find where that wire goes. I've also looked in the fusebox for blown fuses, but nothing labeled as trailer turn signal. Is there something else to look at?

Oh, it's an 06 crew cab dually
