How heavy can I tow?

How heavy of a fifth wheel can I tow with my 1996 C3500 dually 6.5L diesel. It has a 4.10 axel, just merely asking out of curiosity.

Be prepared for the "towed 25K lbs like it wasn't there" crowd.

Towed this 600+ miles and knew it was there the entire way. Would have been nice to have had a better flowing turbo but the chassis of the GMT400 is nowhere near as stout as that of the newer trucks.

The factory rating for a 454 dually was a 10,000 lbs but the 6.5 was only rated at 7500 lbs. They used the same chassis but, IMO, GM rated it lower to save the 6.5 and it's warranty costs.
