Service Trailer Brakes

Yes, this is the 15th time and I have a feeling it's going to be a tough one
I had to have the truck towed to the dealership and it turned out to be a corroded fuse box.
Message started soon after (1-2 weeks)

I checked the 10 amp fuse, does anybody remember which is the other one to check, (I have tried)

There is no check list for the LMM?

Update on the Bargman trailer harness, I think it is fine but is not a real tight fit, I had to put tape around the male or it would lose contact.

Stud 2, 30amp is the big feed for ITBC.
If it's blown, and the replacement blows the fuse too, the ITBC relay on the rear frame is rotted/ shorted.

Thanks, I have another relay since I replaced it once, and that was not it.
It has ALWAYS been the plug, I just doubt it this time.

Not sure on LMM, but some Duramax's have a ground on the outside frame at the front of the driver's door. If it loses good contact it will set a service brake light, usually at start up.

If they swapped fuse panels, did they even connect the trailer brake source wire?

Thanks guys, it's not the fuse, I swapped it,
I'm still working on it but my old Mercedes decided to act up, "pedal position sensor"
plus all the other stuff happening around here, just happy this is not an emergency,
I appreciate all of you.

I did, it looks super clean, didn't expect that.
I can still replace it though, if you think it's worth a try.
