Helper springs needed? And advice

Just got back in a duramax, 2015 Denali with rocky ridge lift, gooseneck getting installed Friday morning and heading out with the fifth wheel as soon as they are done. My f250 was also lifted but only 4 inches on 37s and had helper springs over the leafs, with gooseneck adapter it pulled nice and level and no squat.
the gooseneck adapter should make up for the lofted read end fine, but the 13k fifth wheel make it squat too much, should I add helper springs and what kind ?

I just added Air Ride load lifters to my 17. towing the 43' trailer was "ok" without them, but after towing with them things feel much safer over the bigger bumps. First time using them was this weekend @ 50psi, huge improvement. The internal jounce makes it nice when un loaded as well, you can air all the way down without issue and still retain the factory ride quality.

Pulled the camper three hours away over the weekend. Very minimal squat and it pulled great. I called sdtrucks and I think I will go ahead and add the hellwig 2500 helper springs.
