Trailer Brand and V nose or not?

Im looking for a new 7x14 trailer. Im seeing so many brands and most seem to be have a V nose. Any opinions on towing with V nose or regular front, (all my trailers to date or not V nose) and your opinion on brands. I know the big names, but for 1000- 1200 dollars less i can get other brands. Im seeing all pro, diamond cargo, arising........

Your opinions would be greatly appreciated

I have this one New & Used Auto Haulers | Slidell LA | Gulfport MS | Jackson MS

Well, the link won't copy. 20ft Covered Wagon Vee nose in the car hauler section

I like it fine, does everything I need. Not a heavy duty but can be had with 5200 # axles. Had a 40 ft Vintage Outlaw goose neck prior, great trailer but I needed to downsize.

Spend less money and you'll get an even crappier trailer than the average crappy trailer. I have seen so many trailers with rotted out aluminum skin after a few years because it is .023" thin. 24" OC cross members and uprights are common on many cheap trailers. Get something nice and you won't regret it, especially after several years when the trailer is still in good shape and not rotted away. Look at the H&H Topline trailers. They are all tube construction, .040" thick skins, nicer hardware and all LED lighting. And yes, the V-Nose is nice.

V-nose is nice for extra storage but if the trailer has rounded corners I don't know if it helps mileage much. I had a cargo express built in 2004 sold it in 2014 for a thousand less than I paid. It was a 32' V-nose, replaced brakes and tires only. Held up well.
