95-96 RMW Duramax, that's something unique right there. Are you keeping the emissions intact?
The good thing about emergency vehicle tunes is that they do not limit vehicle speed if you have DEF/DPF issues. Dash will still display the warning messages but the van will keep going.

Thatís a nice feature, can it be added to any of the van tunes?

Yes, however

Due to the E86 ECM's restrictive architecture LML support does not adhere to the typical "EFILive process" for tuning supported vehicles. EFILive generally requires customers to first read and save their ECM's tune, then edit the calibrations before finally flashing the modified tune back into the vehicle. However it is not possible to read the LML ECM via the OBD-II Port, (the ECM can only be read by opening the ECM and soldering to the CPU debug port using expensive 3rd party tools).
The tunefile for a regular 2016 Savana LGH can be found on the internet, I used one successfully to get rid of a 70mph speed limiter (Penske fleet van) option once.
However, I don't think there's an ambulance file freely available online. I do have a few LGH ambulances (I have 13, 15, 16 vans and cutaways) in my inventory - but no way to read the ECM.

Could the ECM off one of your 16ís be swapped into say my 16 and then copy the tune with efi live?

After a little thinking I realized that probably the only difference in the GM emergency vehicle tune is those highlighted on the screenshot (that is EFILive). Those numbers can be edited and uploaded into the van.

Thanks, yes it's unique.

It has full emissions delete - One of the things the H&S pamphlet mentions is that there is a 99 MPH speed limiter. This can be removed, but then there is no cruise control. Just another little annoyance with this tuner. I have not driven over 99 MPH to confirm this is true (Print manual vs what the software actually is).

Have not been able to work on it for a while now - hopefully get back to it soon and get it on the road!

Dredging up this old thread...Finally have my LGH running with an H&S XRT Pro tune, not many miles on it (about 15) but the two issues that I have with it seem to be van related.

1) Van's have an electric fuel pump at the tank to force feed the engine. I can go in with a scanner and force this to turn on, but the ECU won't turn it on by itself. Guessing that since LML trucks don't have this, that is why it's not enabled in the tune.

2) No response to A/C commands from the BCM. Again, I can force the ECM to turn on the A/C Clutch, but it will not listen to the command from the BCM anymore.

I've verified that both of these issues do not exist on a stock 2012 LGH so I'm pretty confident that they'e tune related.

What are my options for getting this tune updated? It appears that H&S is out of business so maybe I'm stuck with what I have or have to go a different tuning route?

I spoke with one shop who mentioned EFI Live, however that option wasn't able to compensate for tire/gear changes from stock.

What other options are out there since early 2013 when I bought this .
Just an update to this - The A/C works as it should once the engine is running. I had another issue in the HVAC system that prevented the signal from getting to the BCM, but once that was fixed, it works like it should.

I should check the fuel pump output again just to be sure...
