Fitting 245/70r19.5 Alcoa's

Can someone check my math before I jump off the deep end with this?

I want to replace my Transforce HT LT245/75R17's with real tires.

This is my current plan:

7x Toyo M608 245/70r19.5s - $2940

4x Arrowcraft 8x10 adapters &
4x Alcoa 19.5x7.50 10on285
2x Steel (part of the kit) - Total for this kit $2550
1x 19.5x7.50 Maxion Steel Wheels - $199 (This is my new spare)

Centramatics for Front & Rear? - $400

Out the door: $6089 before keys/lift.

1) With the 245's, I'm assuming I'll atleast need keys ($250 for the supensionmaxxx) but am I better served by the cognito leveling kit ($650+)?
I want to lift the front the absolute minimum just to not rub.

2) I'm hoping these tires stay inside the dually fenders. The front tires I don't care if they poke out a bit, but with the rears I will have clearance issues if they are more than 4" wider than stock. From my math I think I'm good?

I'm going with the 245's as a compromise as I originally wanted the 265, but figured this would balance function & comfort.

2008 LMM Silverado 4x4 Crew Cab Long Bed 3500HD with EFI Live! APE Air Intake, Upgraded leaf springs, 4x Bilstein 4600 Shocks, Rancho 5400 Steering Stabilizer, Firestone RideRite Airbags, Hellwig BigWig Front and Rear Anti-Sway Bars, Torklift Tiedowns, GenY 3 position adjustable hitch, Front mounted hitch, Uniden 536hp Scanner with Roof mounted Antenna, Inverter, LED Front and Rears

All to carry a 6,500 lb box to sleep in, a Lance 1172 Truck Camper.
