Tire Pressure Monitor on 3500's

Do 3500 trucks not come with the tire pressure monitoring system, or is it just mine? Not a big deal, just curious...

No they do not come with it. Over 10,000 GVWR is not required by law to have it.

Yup, and, my dealer could not enable it, even though the receiver is in there.

Somehow, seems to me they got it backwards, an onery 7500lb. truck all over the road with a low tire is more dangerous to me than a smart car in the same situation.....

Politics, my boy, politics. Over 10k GVW has the backing and clout of ALL the large trucking companies who would prefer to NOT BE MANDAQTED to purchase equipment that is perceived to add little value, yet require additional maintenance, labor costs, and associated training.
