Center link rubbing upper oil pan

Ive searched and didn't really find anything. The truck came to me with an 8 inch Fabtech lift. The center link is rubbing the passenger side of the upper oil pan and im not sure why. If anyone can shed some light I certainly would appreciate it.
Rick.

I shoved a potato into my resonator hole, and gained 40hp and 5mpg on biofuel. Then the potato got sucked in an frenchfries shot out the tailpipe. Next time I'm going to use an onion, because I love onion rings.
