u-bolt torque specs

Can anyone tell me what the rear axle spring u-bolts are to be torqued to?
I put new springs on my truck and I am not sure how tight to torque them down.

Thanks for the help.

The torque for the rear axle u-bolt nuts for the 25/35 series is 110 lb ft.
Reference 2002 Helms, page 4-139.

How do you like the 3500 springs compared to the 2500? Are they direct replacement? What did they cost?

In the lift kit I just installed, they said 130 ft-lb.

Thanks for the help guys. I put the 3500 springs on and haven't noticed a big difference in the ride. I got a new 5th wheel and wanted the extra spring.

I have the Rancho RS9000's on it and set it at 2 when empty and it rides really nice IMO.

They are direct bolt on except for the u-bolts. The u-bolts for the 3500 springs are thicker. I put on the 3500 DRW springs which are different than the 3500 SRW springs. My buddy just bought a 3500 SRW and his rides a lot stiffer than mine with the 3500 DRW springs.

I got a deal on the springs from my local stealer for $330.oo a piece.

Thanks again for the help.
