Offset Help!!!

I mentioned in another thread I am looking to put wheels and tires on my 18 2500HD. My plan is to go with a leveling kit, 20x9 Fuel Lethals and most likely 295/60R20 tires. I want as flush of a stance as possible. I don't want the tires hanging out and throwing stuff everywhere. The lethals in my size and bolt pattern are either offered in +1MM or -20MM offset.
Anyone have experience with these and can suggest which will suit better to get the tires as flush as possible?

Thanks

The lower the offset (in this case that's the -20mm offset) the further outwards the wheel will sit, in mos cases. If you don't want the wheels to sit out to far go with the +1mm offset.

For reference, the 20x9 ET +1 will sit ~2-inches further outward when compared to where the O.E. wheels sit.
