2020 have Trans spin on filter?

As the title says. The new 10 speed has a sealed transmission but did they do away with the external spin on filter?

I wouldn't buy the 1st model year with the 10 speed trans. I would wait a year to see if they have any issues and work the bugs out. Just like in 2011, the first year with the DEF system and all the problems. They made improvements in 2012 to the Def system.

I only have 700 miles on my '20 Denali 3500HD...transmission is flawless! I'll report back after I've towed with it...

The main reason I decided to buy the chevy truck was because of the DuraMax / Allison set up.
You should have no problems with the 10 speed. Allison makes bullet proof transmissions. The Allison in my 2012 has been flawless. The only problem I had was the TCM went bad about 2 years ago.. I bought a new TCM from Rock Auto. I installed it in 10 mins. Drove it to the dealer and they programmed it no problem.
After doing some research and found out that Allison came out with the 10 speed trans in 2013, the TC-10, for the big rigs. So it already has real world on road testing.
So the 10 speed Allison is not a "new" transmission. What's new is the 10 speeds in the 1000 series for the DuraMax. So you should have nothing to worry about
