My truck is now at dealer in Boise! It's in accessories now getting lift, tires, wheels, rear air bags, tint, rocker panel film, painted wheel arch moldings and emblems. Schedule doesn't allow me to fly up there and get her for 3 weeks. At least it's there now and no more wondering where it's sitting and bugging the GMC Chat people.

My dealer emailed me with a status last Friday and it had shipped from Fort Wayne, MI, on 3/21. It was at a holding yard about 50 miles from the dealer waiting for a car hauler. I expect it to hit the dealership sometime this week. If work cooperates, I may be able to pick it up on Friday! Yay...

Starting late last year to today has changed dramatically. Those of us in the "early build" stage went through a crap load of production issues to get our trucks. Therefore, it wouldn't be fair to quote build times. That said, my order was "accepted" in January and delivered in a week ago. I would expect that this time frame has improved greatly. The standard answer you get from the dealership is 6 to 8 weeks.
