New options?

Did they Discontinue Red accent lighting for GMC?

NO push button start or am I missing it?

They built an entire new engine and all we got is ~25hp?

What about this enhanced steering?

Yes

Correct, no push button

I think your math is off.
12% hp and 19% torque -- LML was 397/765, L5P is 445HP 910ft-lb

Well 48hp flywheel. I'll have to recheck, but around -25 was what I thought the difference was on the dyno.

Wonder why they went blue, that's a chevy thing!

My wife's 2016 suburban has push start.

A new 70k truck doesn't?

The new steering sounds like a real plus.

Hmm. I have a 2015 Denali ( new 2-2014) just don't know if I'm seeing enuff new to trade it in.

I probably won't buy one either - I can't imagine having to turn the key for another two years. Who cares if it can tow more and haul more and is faster and quieter and has better fuel economy - no push start is a deal breaker!!

Yeah I know what you mean, but it's not like they aren't already doing it.

Heads up display?
Moving touchscreen?
The little unlock button on the door when the fob is in your pocket?

Sometimes it's the little details that make a difference as well.

I ordered one because I wanted a heavy duty Truck, not a ipad on wheels.

I agree with acowherd, the little things do make a difference. My buddy bought a dodge because of the key fob in pocket opening door option.....

Stronger pistons, rods and crank, much easier location for changing fuel filter, denso hp4 injection pump, EGR is easier to remove and service, faster spooling turbo, better mid range power just to name a few of the reasons to upgrade.

There are plenty of people that don't want push button on a truck.

Are you guys saying the 2017 does not come with remote start from the key fob? Says it is standard on all 2017 Denali HD models on their website. Hopefully it comes with it, very handy option to have for warming things up in cold weather.
