Received a TPW of 5/1/06 today on my 3500 D/A CC SRW. Dealer said they will honor Gm in the Drive cert. So.... Can anyone help me out?? What else should I be doing? First time I ever ordered. Thank You!

I just used one for the 06 I purchased along with the $500 rebate and 4 of the $250 certificates that dealers have from GM to help move 05 and 06 trucks and SUVs.
Can you explain more about the $250 certificates the dealers have to help move stock? Is there a name for it or you just have to ask?

I did recieve an offer to help, but have a question. They are asking for last 4 of SSN and dob info, is that normal? I don't mean to offend them but just makes me nervous to give out that kind of info.

thanks
Chuck

Question about GMSD

Was wondering if there is anyway to find out, other than calling or stopping by, to see if a dealership will take/honor the GMSD Certificate?

Trafficdude, NO there isn't a way to see if a dealer will accept a certificate# as they are forced to do this! Before letting the cat out of the bag, call them & talk to any salesperson. You don't have to use your name for this info?

Howard,
Been saving for 4 years and started looking late last week...hope to buy soon.
This GMSD sounds "very interesting"....I'll check with the dealers I've been talking to and find out if they'll accept.

Does anyone out there know of any Texas dealers that accept?

I can't wait to get my Black 2500 HD CC ext bed.........

#8 won at Richmond last night....life is goooooood.

Adios from TX.
