USA price to Canada price (LML)

Hey everyone one i thought i would post the price difference from USA to the Canada price on a new 2500HD full load.

I live in Britsh Cloumbia Canada and stop by the local stealer the other day and dam near pooped my pants when i saw the price of a new D-max, 2500HD came to $71989 before tax . so this morning i was on ebay and came across the identical truck just different color and the buy it now price was $50991 iam adding the link to the ebay site just to show, and i'll get some pics of the local ones price too. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevr...fCarsQ5fTrucks

anyway i must say they are sweet looking trucks but for that price i'll live with my 05 for a little longer

Yea we get it pretty hard up here. I was at a local dealer looking at a ZO6 a few days ago. $107K

Alot of people have been saving money by jumping across the border to buy vehicles.

I bought my 04 about 2.5 years ago and paid $30K from a GM dealer. About 5 or 6 months later I could have got a brand new truck same truck in the US for about $39-$40K.

My father-in-law just picked up an "11 2500 LTZ. Sticker was 70k. Got it for 60k+ tax with the discounts. Chevy is offering up to $12,000 off on a loaded one like mine($79,500 sticker price)! With tax(13%), it's back-up to nearly $80,000

its funny tho even with Gm's rebates with the $12000 off at the sticker price, sure it brings you down to $60K but thats still $10k more the the states. i must say if i were to purchase a new truck i will be taking a holiday to the states and driving her back home

You won't have a warranty on that in Canada!
