What in the HELL are they thinking about the "Denali is not available in 3500SRW"?

x2! I thought I was the only person who felt this way/considered that.

Im guessing in the next model year or two we will see cooled seats available with side impact/curtain airbags...probably a supplier issue. (Im guessing that is the reason because in the half ton SUV's you can have cooled seats with side-impact airbags)

Because a 3500SRW in general is more of a work truck/commercial thing. The majority of non-commercial private people who tow the big fancy boat on the weekend or the ritzy camper will be fine with a 2500HD....which is the market that the Denali HD was aimed at. Not the contractor who is gonna put a service body on the back. Really, whats the difference, different spring packs? So buy a 2500 Denali and put airbags in it.

Also, are you forgetting that a 2011 2500HD has a higher GVWR than a 2001-2010 3500SRW.....?

I can understand exactly why they didnt bother offering a 3500 SRW denali. Because they wouldnt sell any of them.

I don't wanna call BS, but I've had two different sales managers check it out and they both say the ONLY way to get Cooled seats is an option on the GMC Denali. Any chance you could take a picture of the window sticker showing that option?

Using your same logic, why would they build a 3500 DRW then? I would think the DRW is the truck more contractors etc would order?
