Yeah I think you could only get an N/A 6.2 in the 1/2 tons until '94 when you could get an N/A OR a turbo 6.5 in a 1/2 ton. I know I've seen a '94 1/2 ton 4x4 with a factory N/A 6.5. And yes a banks turbo option was available.
I've also seen a factory '92 K2500 with an N/A 6.2 and a 4L80E which I thought was different considering the turbo 6.5 was available and more sought after I would think.
'93 was the last year for the 6.2. From what I understand it was NEVER offered as a factory turbo...only dealer option with the banks turbo. 92, and 93 I believe
offered the 6.5 as a GM turbo both years but I donlt know the 6.5's well at all
